Refund Policy - the basics

All returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims are subject to the original manufacturer’s policies, procedures, and authorization requirements. Customers must follow the applicable manufacturer’s Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and comply with all published protocols, including documentation, condition requirements, and return timelines. Products returned without proper manufacturer authorization may be refused.

As an authorized seller and distributor, we do not independently warranty, repair, or modify products unless expressly stated in writing. Any decision by the seller to assist, facilitate, or intervene in a return, exchange, or warranty matter is made solely at the seller’s discretion and does not create an obligation to do so in future transactions.

All approved returns of products that are new, unused, and in original packaging (“new in box”) are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Products that show signs of use, damage, modification, or missing components may be denied or subject to additional fees at the seller’s discretion.

Shipping costs, insurance, and any associated return expenses are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
